It takes courage to take the first step toward true change in your life. My goal as your therapist is to help you take that first step. In a safe, supportive and respectful environment, we will work together to define what issues and difficulties are acting as impediments in your life and then develop strategies and healthy coping responses to address and resolve those issues.
Using relational and cognitive behavioral therapy, I have helped many individuals to heal from depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts and substance abuse. In my work with troubled families by using family systems therapy, I have aided families in divorce adjustment, blended and step families and custody issues. I also have extensive experience treating developmental and school issues in children and adolescents.
